SL Whistle Blowing System is operated by three principles
protection, compensation, and consensus.
Protection
- Guarantee the anonymity of whistle-blower

- IP tracking is impossible (system maintenance)
- Protect the whistle-blower's identity (maintain confidentiality and exclude personnel disadvantages)
Compensation
- 10% of the target price calculated as a result of the audit is paid in cash.

- Communicate payment methods through comments within the SL Whistle Blowing System
- Disciplinary action against bystanders/connivers for misconduct
Consensus (transparency)
- Share major reports and action results
- Strengthen training on the need for an internal reporting system
